Our management team operates through a systematic organized approach:
- Planning: decides what need to be done and also fore-sight generating plans for action
- Organizing: implementation making optimum use of the resources required to enable the successful easing out of plans
- Staffing: job analysing, recruitment and hiring individuals for appropriate jobs.

Mr. Faiyaz Alam (Operation Manager)
He is a one man all in whole which the company need to process and progress .The 3third in command of the Company is Mr. Faiyaz Alam. Completed his Master in Business Administration in 1998, spend few of his year with Indian Companies helping and growing with them and afterward shifted to Saudi Arab and worked in various project. And later joined Saif Al jubail as the operations manager.
Shahid Equebal ( Planning & Estimation Engineer )
He started his career from field engineer but due to his high end skills in the field of Engineering success was never too far. Started from India worked with construction giants like Shapoorjee & Pallonjee,Hindustan Construction and many, with his experience and knowledge he migrated to Saudi Arabia. Worked for Clients like Marafiq, Saudi Aramco, Sabic. Now he is with us to give a new look and dimension to our company and progress toward a brighter future.
